「和熊猫学汉字」（以下简称「本应用」）尊重并保护儿童与家长的隐私。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用，以及您享有的权利。
家长或用户首次请求 AI 魔法线索前，应用会显示授权提示。只有在用户选择“允许并继续”后，应用才会将以下数据发送给第三方 AI 服务 DeepSeek：当前学习汉字、活动类型、用户选择的固定兴趣标签、应用语言和时区。数据通过和熊猫学汉字的服务传递，仅用于生成当前学习活动的个性化线索。
应用不会将孩子的自由文本、聊天内容、录音、照片或精确位置发送给 AI 服务。AI 服务不可用或用户拒绝授权时，应用使用审核过的静态学习内容。用户可以在家长端关闭“允许 AI 第三方数据处理”；关闭后，新的 AI 请求不会发送。
未登录时，学习进度仅保存在您的设备本地，不会上传至服务器。
我们不会出售个人信息，也不接入第三方广告 SDK。账号和学习进度会发送至我们的服务，用于登录同步、学习进度和家长报告。只有在用户明确授权 AI 魔法线索后，才会把上面列出的最少必要学习上下文发送给 DeepSeek；我们要求 DeepSeek 仅为提供 AI 线索处理这些数据，不得用于广告或跨应用跟踪，并提供与本政策相同或同等的数据保护。
家长可在应用内「家长端 → 管控设置 → 删除账号与数据」发起删除，或通过 support 邮箱联系我们。

Learn Hanzi with Panda respects the privacy of children and parents. This policy explains what we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, and when it is shared.
Before the first AI magic clue request, the app shows a consent prompt. Only after the user selects “Allow and Continue” does the app send the minimum context needed for that request to DeepSeek, a third-party AI service: the current Hanzi character, activity type, selected fixed interest tags, app language, and time zone. The data is transmitted through Learn Hanzi with Panda's service only to create a personalized clue for the current learning activity.
The app does not send a child's free text, chat content, recordings, photos, or precise location to the AI service. If the user declines consent or the AI service is unavailable, the app uses reviewed static learning content. A parent can turn off “Allow AI third-party data processing” in the parent area; new AI requests are then blocked.
We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising SDKs. Account and learning data are sent to our service for sign-in synchronization, learning progress, and parent reports. Only after explicit consent is the minimum learning context described above shared with DeepSeek for the AI clue. We require DeepSeek to use the data only to provide the clue, not for advertising or cross-app tracking, and to provide the same or equal privacy and data-security protections described in this policy.
Account information is provided through Sign in with Apple. Learning progress and settings are created through use of the app and parent controls. AI context is created from the current learning activity and selected fixed tags only after consent. We do not use the information for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale to data brokers.
When you use the app without signing in, learning progress remains on the device and is not uploaded to our service. Core reviewed lessons remain available offline.
A parent can request account and data deletion from Parent Controls → Settings → Delete Account and Data, or by contacting us. A parent can decline or withdraw AI third-party processing in Parent Controls. Withdrawing consent blocks new AI requests; it does not affect core offline learning.
